WHAT WE DO?

DIGITAL REBIRTH works on narrative immersive experiences from literrature, films, documentaries, or TV series.

We start with a concept art that brings ideas in script & design with a budget.

Then, we make character designs, artworks and demo before entering in production.

This process works for VR animation or the 360° shootings.

The real time VR experiences can be made for a single person as a home VR use , or for a group of people experiencing a VR tour through their avatar in a wide set of real props.

WHO WE ARE?

​

Sylvain Chivot is an Artistic Director and VR artist.

After working for Johnny Depp and John Galliano as personal assistant, he starts in 1997 to help young fillmmakers with their short-films out of their territory, and opens the international short-films market for the emerging cable and satellite channels in Europe.

He promotes cgi animation films & VFX artists around the world and works for Monaco to revive the Imagina Awards with the best "high tech" films in competition. The awards ceremony was hosted by Prince Albert for all the categories related to the 3D animation and special effects films.

Sylvain and his team were in charged to organize the jury, work on the awards rules and make enter 600 competitors a year.
The Imagina Trips DVD collection, regrouping the best animated short-films in the world, was released with Warner/SND each year.

In 2008, he becomes author and creative producer by developing scripts, concepts, designs of series and films with scenarists from Canal + TV and movie industry.

From 2014 to 2016, he attends full time courses at Creapole, an art school based in Paris, in animation and video games section. In the meantime, he launches Imm3rsive with two business partners, an online magazine about VR entertainment reviews and interviews. Since 2016, he followed drama workshops to create realistics characters in script.

The team is composed, for each project, by 2D/3D artists from Gobelins (French animation school), with VFX producers from the movie industry and with postproduction studios based in foreign countries.
